Torwood's own homemade Butter Me Up! Wood Butter is a super easy way to restore, protect and enhance the natural beauty of your wooden homewares.
This wood butter is easily applied and creates a durable, food-safe, water-resistant barrier, preventing drying, warping and cracking. It also prevents wood stains, fills knife marks, acts as an antimicrobial and restores the wood!
A key part of this product is the container, a glass jar, rather than a metal tin like many wood wax products. This allows the wax to be heated in the microwave prior to application, meaning it spreads easily and penetrates deeply into the wood. Just remember to remove the metal lid before microwaving!
